My research and teaching seeks to improve health care delivery, health care experiences and outcomes, and health equity in reproductive and perinatal health. My specific areas of expertise include patient engagement and shared decision-making, patient-provider communication, patient-reported measurement, and responsive intervention, service, and policy design.
